• 40 grind settings: settings 1–20 offer fine micro-adjustments for espresso, while settings 21–40 provide larger steps for filter brewing.
• Easy everyday use: twist the hopper with one hand to adjust the grind, then use the front-mounted pulse button or the on/off switch to grind.
• 40mm hardened alloy steel burrs: manufactured in Liechtenstein, Europe, and paired with a powerful DC motor for consistent grinding and lasting durability.

A smoother espresso workflow

The included anti-static dosing cup helps you transfer ground coffee directly into your portafilter for a level bed ready to tamp. It fits 54mm baskets, with an included adapter for 58mm baskets.

Easy to maintain

The quick-release burr system lets you remove the burr without taking the whole grinder apart or reaching for extra tools, making cleaning and maintenance straightforward. Each Encore ESP is precision-calibrated at the factory with a custom-made tool for micron-accurate grind adjustments, and is backed by Baratza’s support and warranty.
