How to brew
Follow your machine's instructions for fitting the filter and adding water. Use the recipe above as a starting point, within your machine's capacity. Change one thing at a time to find your favourite flavour.
The existing guide recommends a brewing temperature between 92°C and 96°C. Choose a machine designed to brew at an appropriate temperature.
Keep it tasting good
Rinse the jug and filter basket after each use and descale according to the manufacturer's instructions, especially in hard water areas.
